Today's Music Earworm

Someone sent me this YouTube video of
Celtic Thunder Heritage singing
A Place in the Choir

This song has been stuck in my head all day long.

What song gives you a music earworm?

A song with an 'addictive' element (hook, melody, lyric) that draws people into listening multiple times. Song doesn't have to be good or bad, it just needs to have that 'addictive' element.

  1. Sorry to have to do this to you, but when I was ten years old (forty-five years ago), we had a record player in the garage and "one" record. We played it over and over. Then, the rest of my life I have this song pop in my head over and over. Enjoy! Tony the Tiger was one of the singers"-)

  2. Oh, the song was "Boom Boom Boomerang" by the De Castro Sisters in 1955. Enjoy!

  3. I loved the bass but more than that I really liked how you could hear the Irish accent. Many singers lose their accent when they sing.

Sometimes the song by Lady Antebellum "Need You Now" runs through my head. They are considered country western so you might not know them.
