Martha's T-shirt folding technique

Just like millions of people I belong to the social network known as Facebook. I read the post from my friends, family, and sites I have joined, but rarely post anything or comment. I do, of course, send the obligatory greetings for births, anniversaries, birthdays, and my sympathies when a loved one passes away.

I am one person of the 388,667 likes on Martha Stewart Living Facebook page. Why I decided to like her page is beyond me, because I don't often cook, bake, craft, or sew, perhaps I have a secret desire to do these things.

Anyway, today Martha Stewart Living  posted  Martha's secret on how to quickly and easily  fold a T-shirt. I watched the video and thoughtyou have got to be kidding me. I watched the video a second time and thought: who has time to fold a T-shirt like that.

I had a load of clothes in the dryer that needed to be folded, so I decided to try Martha's quick and easy T-shirt folding technique. Martha's technique produced a neatly folded T-shirt, I'm sure that the quick and easy would come with practice.

I can't say that I will use this technique again, but I thought it was an interesting concept.

  1. I'm intrigued. Can't see the video as I'm at work but will look tonight. My cupboards are a terrible state, folding neatly is not high on the agenda for me! xx

  2. I never fold t-shirts - just hang them in the closet. The only thing I fold are linens.

  3. Only Martha can make folding a T-shirt difficult! I'll have to make a video. It's not rocket science and so much easier than that. lol

  4. That looks very easy. Thanks! I fold Hubby's Tees but hang mine.

  5. I agree with "Cranberry Morning"- Martha adds so many steps to a simple chore! I used to subscribe to her magazine, but realized that everything (recipes, crafts, decorating) took far too much time, supplies, ingredients.
