On Saturday, September 3rd my city, Kenosha, Wisconsin, will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest game of Duck Duck Goose.

A university in Oklahoma set a new record on August 23, 2011 with 1,634 people, Kenosha needs 1,635 participants to break the record. Anyone 3 years old and over can participate, and I'm over 3 years old, but no one wants to go to this event. I have asked my oldest grandson, my daughter, and a few friends, nada, zip not one persons)):
To participate you need comfortable running shoes, {running 0:} bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on, play Duck Duck Goose for 15 minutes, and stay till the attempt to break the record is over. Should I show my community spirit and participate? I'm still thinking about going by myself.

little practice in for this weekends record breaking event.
Yes!! Come out and play Duck Duck Goose. but no lawn chairs. I know you got that from one of the "news sources" I head up the event, I have no clue who they talked to. This is going to be so awesome, a true "grassroots event" The people of Kenosha will pull this off with no corporate sponsorship! Maybe if you tell your friends/family about the bounce houses, face painters and bands, they might change their minds. :) Hope to see you Saturday!!
